Old Boys Grammar School

Clos L’Ecole, Brock Rd, St Peter Port for The Guernsey Housing Association. In 2015 we completed the £7.6m design and build contract at the old Boys Grammar School site. This involved the construction of 30 new dwellings using SIPS (structurally insulated panel system) construction and 10 apartments within the existing old school building. The project was completed on time and on budget.
